So my friend
Shannon just posted her grown-up Christmas list. It had some pretty cool things on it. It also made me realize I haven't thought about a "list" in years. I started to wonder what I would put on a list (putting aside all previous Christmas rants for the moment).
So here it is, my grown-up Christmas list.

The cozy coupe.

The all time classic Radio Flyer wagon

A bigger outdoor slide

A must with two babies.

And finally, something I have wanted for years and years. Anyone got an extra $500 lying around for the entire series of Star Trek The Next Generation? *sigh* My secrets out, I'm a trekky.

A fellow Trekkie...Next Generation being the finest of all the series!
Andy married way over his head!
I'd give my right arm for the entire TNG series! Good call.
I am a bad friend! I was gone when Elsie was born and never saw the blog post because my blog-roll was broken and your blog ( along with several others) never updated and I just thought you were missing in action. She is Beautiful with a capital B!
And as for Christmas, this will be the first year that JP and I have purchased gifts for the children, we have had those years when we didn't even really have money for dollar store crap and so figured the kids would be fine with everything they got from grandparents and aunts and uncles...and you know what? They were! They never once noticed "wait a minute...mom and dad didn't get me anything" they are way too busy with everything else they did get. And, as you said, its not what its supposed to be about anyways. Some of our best traditions came from the Burlington years when we had squat. Now I just have to figure out a way to put my foot down and keep them the way we like them and not buy into the pressure to do it the way the inlaws want to do it all. :S
Oh my goodness! Of Course I remember you!! You look awesome!! Are you a hairdresser too? Have a Wonderful Christmas!!

I like your list. The cozy coupe would definately be a fun thing... and I love the wagon. I think those would make my list too! Oh, and I guess the diapers too... when do we get to start potty training already?!?!
I really don't think I knew you were a trekky. That makes me love you even more!
It's not something I tend to share, it makes me the butt of a joke!
I just learned something new about you...you're a weirdo!!! Just kidding, but I never would have guessed that from you.
