Those are so cute! I admit, those are littler than Chloe's piggytails. I am not talented enough to scrape up hair that little in to pigtails though so Chloe had to wait until now. Keep in mind that Chloe is approaching 2 years old though. I think Scarlett has more teeth than Chloe too.
Again, those are super cute. Thanks for posting just for me.
