Mom Of The Year
It is one in the afternoon. Boston is wearing half of the jammies he slept in. Scarlett is in just a diaper. And I am not decent enough to answer the door. So don't drop by.

In Case Anyone Else Was Wondering
The number of children I have is not determined by the gender of my children. And contrary to what many think, they do not get any say in the size of my family at all.

The Scriptures According To Boston
Boston has a Book of Mormon picture book. He was reading it today during Sacrament.
He was reading about Nephi getting the gold plates and he said:
Pirate ARRRR
Then he was reading about King Benjamin speaking from the tower and he pointed to the tower and said:
Slide
Then he pointed to a picture of a an ancient temple with stairs and again he said:
Slide
Then he was reading about Ammon who protected the king's sheep from thieves. The thieves in this particular depiction carried wood clubs. And Boston said:
Baseball game

Who Cares About A Dollar Amount
My credit card got stolen out of my purse at work. Then was used to buy groceries at the store next to my work. Then used at BEBE and a gas station. The thief then tried to purchase other things but the card got denied. I just barely noticed that the card was gone today. I called my credit card company and found out about the purchases. I have a pretty good idea who stole it. I tried to see the surveillance videos from the date and time that the card was used, but you have to have a subpoena. So I filed the police report. They said once I see the packet I have to fill out I will probably give up. They also said they wouldn't help me get the videos for such a low dollar amount.
Thanks a lot Phoenix police. You are a lot of help. I work with a thief and you don't care. Their answer, the bank won't make you pay for it. Because that matters, making Discover Card just eat the charges sounds really fair.

ElsieBaby At Two Months
My sweet baby girl is growing far to quickly. Last week we went to her two months appointment and I was blown away. She is already off the charts for height and weight. She is weighing in at just shy of 15 pounds and she is 24 inches long. She is happy and smiley all the time. She is sleeping better and better every night. Since she was a month old she would do about a five hour stretch, that has just increased until last night she slept from 9:00 pm until 6:00 am. I woke up startled and worried of course but she was fine. She is generous with smiles and of course gives most of them up to her daddy. Andy tickles like her crazy and she is already starting to giggle, it is mostly just grunting but it is obvious that she is cracking up when Andy goes after her. Just like Boston her feet are attached to her smile and her whole body responds when she smiles. She is cooing and gurgling and making all the sweet noises that melt my heart. She is starting to bat at toys which, stupidly, brings me to tears. Boston loves her and is always worried I'm going to forget her and leave her in the car or something, he gets so upset when she does cry and runs to give her a binky. She is so special and has filled a missing part of our family. It is weird to me that I can miss someone I haven't even met, but I have been missing my baby girl for a long long time and I am so glad she is finally here. My family feels more complete than before and I am grateful for the feeling of peace she has brought to our home. I would be lost with out her.
Her are a few of the 400 pictures I have taken over the last month. Enjoy.
